We are a local cooperative, owned and directed by our members, the policy holders. Our mission is to provide insurance products for our member policy holders that adequately meet their needs at a competitive cost with exceptional service. We will conduct all business in a fair, prompt, ethical and honest manner.
Mission Statement: Claims Handling
Dupont Mutual Insurance Company will strive to handle all claims submitted to us in a fair, objective manner. Investigation, review and adjustment of the claimed loss will be done in a timely manner. If the claimed loss is deemed an insurable loss under the policy it was claimed on, an equitable settlement will be made to the insured/ claimant.
